Help????

k so I've been having trouble with multiple quests, with the game mechanics but no I'm gonna try an get help for the Acquiring credentials quest. Ill admit i had to walk past the bar 5 times before I realized that thats where the next part is. I am at the part where you have to break into the administration office to bring back the secret documents. I cannot complete this step. I have the guard key at hand and have asked players in game to help me get into the office, but as soon as I continue though the window into the office the office manager tells me, " Hey! You are not allowed in here" I try to shift my way threw but no matter what I try it always decides to tell me that. If i could get help on at least on of my quests without someone linking a walkthrough that would be great.

 

Walk in the shadows so the guards don't see you.

 

How can i tell where the shadows are?

 

Just look at the lighting on the ground

 

That's not the Administration Office. I believe the Office is labeled with a feather and is on the 2nd floor of the airbase
