I draw my Rapier.

Nami: "I hear something coming!"

 

Nami

You hear the police start to run back up just as a mech burst out of the woods, running straight towards a golem. (AKA Combat has started)

(1 hand of the mech is a drill and the other hand is a fist)

 

I'll find any hole in the mech (that's what rapiers are designed for), and use my special on it, before jumping back to the group.

 

Nami

There was a hole right above the leg. Using the special you burnt and short circuited the wires, causing the leg to stop working, making the mech fall over. When turning to run back you see 3 people start coming out of the cave nearby, seemingly with weapons, look at the mech, and quickly run back inside. The 2 police are walking over to the disabled mech. Copper: "Nice Work. It looked like it was about to drill a hole right through one of our golems."

A. Free action

 

Nami: "Thank you. I saw a few armed people come out of that cave, then run back in."

I point at said cave

 

Nami

Copper: "Oh really? I suspect that it's the rest of the bandits. There were more beds then one down there." *He does a motion to the golems, and 2 of them go in front to form a sort of wall and start walking towards the cave with the police following. The other golem was left behind to watch the mech.*

A. Follow them into the cave
B. Stay with the broken mech and golem (Mechs are controlled by people BTW, so there's still someone in there)
C. Leave
D. Free Action

 

I'll open the mech.

 

Nami

As the cops go down the cave, you decide to stay behind and open the mech. When you get close the hand with the drill moves straight towards you, but the golem stopped it before it hit you, breaking the arm out of use. The golem then stands on the arm with the hand so it can't be moved. When you open it, there's an unarmed bandit. Bandit: "Please don't turn me in. We can share the loot!"

A. Turn him in
B. Share the loot (and most likely become a wanted criminal)
C. Free Action

 

Nami: "Nah bro, I'm turning you in."

 

Nami

Bandit: please?

*you hear a bit of gunfire in the cave, but soon after the cops come back with both the bandits, being unhurt exept for some bullet marks on the golems. (Bullets don't hurt golems much, unless shot in a perfect place)

Copper: We caught the both of them. Thanks for you help! I'm not sure if the king paid you, but here's for helpen out. You probably saved that golems life." *he gives you 10eb and starts walking towards you to get the bandit from the mech*

 

I step back and point my Rapier at the bandit.

Nami: "Take him. Lock him up or something, I don't really care what you do with him. He's just a worthless bandit anyway, it's not like he plays a part in the world."

 

Nami

*Copper nods and motions to the golem who picks up the mech with the guy in it and they start going back to Ragni. While they're walking one of the bandits drops a little piece of paper. The police didn't notice.*

A. pick it up and read it

Nami

It's a note apparently givin from their boss to 1 of the lower bandits. It says ~In case of an emergency, press the button behind the third source of blue life~ You assume it's referencing to inside of the cave.

A. Go investigate it yourself
B. Tell the cops
C. Free Action

Nami: "Hey, guys, the bandit dropped a letter. It's instructions from his boss on what to do in case of an emergency. Apparently there's some sort of button in the cave. Perhaps we should investigate? I could do it myself if you're busy."

 

Nami

Copper: "That makes sense actually. One of them was frantically running by the wall, it looked like he was looking for something. I guess it was the button that paper talks about. If you don't mind, could you guard that cave till we get back so we can investigate it? We got our hands full currently bringing these guys back." *The bandit who dropped it gives you a hateful look.*

A."Sure"
B. "I gtg"
C. Free Action

(Also congrates! You stopped a world event! Which was Ragni being destroyed.)

Nami: "They told me not to... But it's tempting... Maybe I can find the button for when they return?"

I'll search for the button, but won't press it.

 

Nami

After around 3 minutes, you find it behind the third waterfall behind some vines. It's a stone button so it blended in well, making it hard for the bandit to find it before.

A. Click it
B. Wait
C. Leave
D. Free Action

 

Nami: "Buttons... Mustn't... Press... Button..."

I fail to resist the urge to press it. I press the button.

 

Nami

It opens a room behind the vines. There's another mech inside it, this one with a laser gun as a hand and a fist. No one is inside it and there's nothing else in the room except for torches to light the room up.

A. Hide it outside (Keep it and make up a story of what was behind the door, or put something else behind the door. You won't be wanted cause they don't know where it's from)
B. Give it to the cops as evidence
C. Leave
