Guide How To Discover Relos Library (simplified)

After over 8 hours of a total of working on this thread, and searching for this Discovery I have finally discovered the Relos Library! I don't see an official guide yet, so I did this legit with no help. Please credit me if you are going to use my guide in your post. I have provided you guys with coordinates and screenshots to well equip you guys with the best help I can possibly give. Thanks!

Step 1: Retrieve the Electromagical Battery

Go to these coordinates on the top of the crows nest of a pirate ship where the Electromagical Battery lies:
Coordinates: -1320 X / 61 Y / -2915 Z

Step 2: Restore the power to the old workshop

I talked to the NPC and his dialogue gave me a hint at what item I needed to find this out!

Go to these coordinates: -1642 X / 73 Y / -2417 Z


Enter through the door where a hopper is in the dead center of the room:

Throw your Electromagical Battery into the hopper...

The lights come on and a door opens. Go through it!

Keep going forward and press the button to open the door and the library is right in front of you!

In conclusion of the lore, there is only a one way passage from Fruma to Wynn since Ragni mountains act as a border, which is guarded by the Fruman Royal Guard, Kai Shi. Theoretically, the recruits were released into Wynn in order to stop the corruption. When one passes through, they lose their memories and forgot where they came from.

The Corkians came from Fruma as well. It started when a group of people left through the mountains on the northern coastline which was heard to be near another heavily guarded passage. They too, lost their memories when they passed through the mountains. The confused Frumans made their way to what we call Corkus.

Corkus was originally inhabited by the Avos who granted us some of their land. Corkians eventually took a large portion of their land, which drove the Avos to the upper land (Corkians have lowland, Avos have highland.) Eventually, the Corkians developed Electromagic which helped them develop advanced creations to help with everyday life. The Avos find the Corkians to be helpful with the advanced creations they provide, but the Avos still have a disagreement with the Corkians. This disagreement is that the Avos find that the Corkians are environmentally destructive (despite the benefits). I assume that the Avos desire environmental peace because they are all about nature, which is why they are displeased...

Eventually the Corkians' desire for recognition of their advanced creations got out of hand. They started to develop what seems to be a human Cyborg consisting of flesh and steel. The Factory became the Corkians' national monument. It is capable of producing an army, and it can serve a purpose to stop the corruption lying within Wynn. The electromagical force has made some of the creations rebel against the creators, so the Corkians shut down the Factory. If the Corkians ever fix this problem, they will have a huge advantage in terms of power. All of this, just to show how good they are at technology.

Grian also posted the lore of this library before it was found (I just didn't read it because I didn't give it a chance).

EDIT: Apparently, Relos was already accessible before the release of Corkus. I will still post this thread since I see people asking about Relos Library and Corkus has only been out for a week or two.

 

If anyone knows where to find the entrance to Fruma so I can check it out please let me know.
