The Days Of Early Gavel (first 1-3 Weeks When It Was Released)

who else misses the early days of the Gavel update? I miss seeing like a pack level 40s running around Olux and Llevigar. Who else misses those times?

 

God no. The early days of Gavel were like the past few days of Corkus but worse; extreme lag, bugs and glitches out the ass, total confusion, no quest guides. What was worse was that there were also a bunch of new features that nobody had any clue how worked so it was basically just a bunch of fumbling around in the dark for a few weeks.

Admittedly, almost being the first level 100 was cool

nightmares... kick there,kick here, kick overthere, kick everywhere, laglaglaglag everylag, powders disabled, trump, orcs, china, just imagine anything nightmarish glitches happening in 1 day...

 

I gotta say though, I'm not sure how I feel about guides for everything. I was one of the first people to do the aldorei's secret quest chain, before anything about the quest was out, and it was amazing. These days I feel like 1/2 the people skip dialog and use the wiki for any puzzles, but ehhhh, I can't really argue that the wiki is bad in any way though.
