Mage/Dark Wizard Any Suggestions For A Build?

Ok, so I want to make spell spam or off tank build that I can work towards as I finish going through my level 90's on my mage character. I'd prefer if the build was focused around 94-96 area but higher or lower works as well.

Alright, the things I'd like this build to strengthen are:
1. Poison Damage
2. Defense
3. Spell Damage
4. Thorns
5. Exploding
6. Mana and/or Health Regeneration (percentage or speed)

I really appreciate anyone who takes the time to give a serious suggestion, because I am pretty bad at build related stuff. Also, I'm really sorry if my requirements make finding things pretty difficult. If that is the case, then I'm fine if some of the ones near the end of the list are left out or not as influential in the build.

I have some ideas for this, but the thing is it has everything but Poison. Is that ok?

 

Spell damage.posion build is that even possible I mean posion with high melee Is possible but Im not sure about poison spell

 

Make like a really good speed/poision/fire build

The accessories are really up to you. As for a weapon, you have quite a few options. Bonder might be a good idea.
