Archer/Hunter Help Regenerative With A Bit Of Ws

can one of you amazing people make me an archer build with half decent defenses (good enough to use Fyrespit) and some mana/hp regen with at least 30% ws

the ws is entirely optional and the hp regen MAYBE could be handled by holding Fyrespit
but seriously I need some way to survive in corkus with my archer

I'm not sure I can do infused Hive bow and hephaestus-forged greaves
Could I just choose my own bow?

 

Yes, I only chose the bow because of Mana Regen, if you can find something better go for it.
