Dwelling Walls Quest Not Working?

    When I try to finish the new Dwelling Walls quest it just comes up saying I need the journal again, I have tried getting rid of the journal and getting it again but it still doesn't work. 2017-04-13_14.29.34.png

    It shows this: 2017-04-13_14.52.54.png It could be because I am a higher level then needed?

    It can't be because you are higher level. I myself have done it and I am quite a few levels above you.
