    Why is everyone so angry? This wand is incredibly unique. Highest dps of any wand and insane ws and all you have to do is incorporate a little skill of switching it out every 4 seconds to get these benefits. I see this more as a weapon with a high skillcap than the so-called "unusable weapon" many make it out to be. Seems like a very fun weapon with a high risk high reward feel to it.

    Is it called Warp because you go so fast it's like teleporting? Or is it because you'll die so much you'll constantly be warping around?

    Okay this is gonna be really expensive if anyone wants to do it but:
    Skill points: 90 int 110 agi
    Blue Mask with max int and agi (bringing it to 110 and 130)
    Min mana regen Warp (-10/4)
    Max mana regen:
    Aquarius (7/4)
    Crystal (3/4)
    Memento (4/4)
    Squid Anklet (2/4)

    Items with preset mana regen:
    Moon pool circlet *2 (4/4)
    Diamond Hydro Necklace (2/4)

    Total mana regen: 12/4

    IMO Warp is a pretty interesting wand. You can't hold it for long, but when you DO hold it you gain a large amount of Walk speed, as well as high reflection and Agility. It seems like a good wand to hold if an enemy is casting a spell; it allows you to get out of the way; and if you can't the high agility boost and reflection will take effect.
