Pros and Cons

• Advantage: This build utilizes the ability of mage being able to heal, it aims to survive damage and allows moderate rate of healing, it has decent amount of mana regen that you can heal and tp whenever you like.
• Disadvantage: Due to the skill points requirement of mythic, you can't use any mythic with this builds, meaning that you wont be able to do much damage and kill basically any mage with moderate build. Also due to Earth Damage being so brutal, this build still have a hard time going against earth glass cannon

This build requires decent skill Points gear to be
since the skill points requirement is 60+70+68+60+70= 328
you need at least 130(128 for lv 101) total sp buff on your gear

The most ideal gear would be
Bonder (6/4s mana regen needed)
Morph Stardust (2/4s mana regen needed)

Statue
Prism

When you buy the gear make sure you have enough skill points on Morph Stardust, Prisms,
If you are going for this build you need a master voucher and at least 78 skill points on your prisms and stardust, the requirement will be HIGH

Minimum Elemental Defense:
Earth: 520
Thunder: 720
Water: 520
Fire: 520
Air: 720
the elemental defense also depends on the % def on both prisms and gemini, which means they will be so much higher

50.3% mana reduction (3 mana heal, 2 mana tp, 4 mana meteor, 2 mana ice snake)
39.9% damage reduction against neutral damage
at least 51.3% dodge chance
around 20-40% thorns and reflection

Play Style

• PVE: it's hard to die with this build in PVE, all you have to do is to loop heal + meteor
• PVP: the play style of this build in PVP is abit dull, since you don't do damage, all you should do is to heal and tp to dodge lethal damage, thorns and reflection should take care of everything. Beware when you are going against any earth mythics, they are going to shrekt you. Also, do not wish you can kill mages with this build

• How good is this build?

This build is one of the best non-mythic build, and it is being used by quite some people, but I decided to make a comprehensive guide about it

• Should I put any powders on this gear and weapon?

No, putting powders that are not Tier 6 is not effective, plus bonder is not a wand that is meant to do damage, even if you use Tier 6 powders, it's rather better to invest money on buying a mythic and make mythic build.

• Can this build kill Qira?

Yes definitely, you can kill qira without much trouble since this build has decent defense and bonder deals neutral damage

• Can this build kill Wybel?

You may have a hard time killing wybel with this build, luck and skills are needed

• Why do I need 68 skill points on intelligence? Can I put 60 skill points only?

Because 50% mana reduction allows you to cast heal tp meteor and ice snake with 1 less mana, it's basically 4 mana regen. So 68 int is necessary, and gravity need 60int anyway, why not putting 8 more sp and be double efficient

• Can I ask other questions?

I'm just wondering why you chose Statue over Fermion.

 

10 mana regen is more than enough
and since earth dmg penetrate defense and still do like 10k dmg
it's better to use Statue over Fermion

oh and cuz heal is based on the percentage of your current hp, higher hp = heal for alot more

 

That's a con? That basically makes it about 6 stacks cheaper at the least

OMG! Its a build that ~25% of everybody uses! Wow! I had no idea this existed!

Jacky try to be original, at least, there are a lot of modifications you can make to easily make tree mage better ¬_¬

 

If 25% of the people managed to put 68 int which give 50.1% damage reduction allowing that to be 25% much effective
most trees just sucks at healing cuz their intelligence is at 50 only
and die to high dmg dps

 

Overall, its certainly a unique modification, *applause*. However, I don't think its really all that different. I guess, but I don't feel that it deserves its own thread.

I don't see other people making a comprehensive thread about tree mage that's why I decided to make it
and people should be aware of the fact that

1. 68 int is important
2. statue does generally better than Fermion

Also it's true that this build is known by most high level people but it doesn't mean everyone knows about it
Quite some new players search up this section for guides on making builds
and what im aware about that is
people are just saying getting certain gear, oh go buy this gear that gear some gear
and ignoring the fact that play style and skill point distribution is crucial for a build
