It's all about them dodges. You can make a fairly Tanky strati build if you are careful.

 

And Lucky enough to not end up at 1 health. Very, VERY lucky.

 

*Uses tree tank gear and slaps a strati on it

 

Kinda, statue strati is very strong though.

If I had to build warp, I'd go

Blue mask(Skill points)
Aquarius(Mana Regen!)
Pacifist(Mana and some speed)
Statue(HP!)

Legendary isle air/water stuff(Just too good)

Warp(Main part)/Lament(For mana steal, as we have little mana regen. Also for big healz)

Charge in with warp, full mana with lament, meteor and heal as needed.

Statue

Morph Topaz

Amulet of Rejuvenation

No amulet of regen. I'd go diamond steam insteaf

 

Sure, it's more of a cathartic gimmick weapon for Mages who just want to emulate being on crack. Sure, it may not be the most viable Mythic, but I think it would be fun just to fuck around with.

I mean, hell, with that much Walk speed you can wear Statue and still have 105 or less Walk speed, provided if you're extremely lucky of course.

Also, it looks like it's also for people too lazy to buy Horses.

you're gonna have 1 health and 0 mana at all given time
totally not worth the high damage/walk speed it has

Air melee but hope that your 80% dodge holds out wand.

 

That's why there is Soul Point Regen builds, for people who die using Warp

 

Okay now I know why it has low as shit Hp Regeneration

high agility and speed since your already gonna be hard to hit, so to balance that you need less health to balance that out, otherwise you're gonna be an annoying ass build that you're unable to hit

Wish it had a mana regen buff though

 

The mana isn't bad... with a 10-14


Or just give up and use recharge

 

Cata is useable
you can even be a tank with cata if you get a good hp roll

this wand can never have more than 1 hp , even if you counter the mana regen you wont heal fast enough to have more than 1 hp at all given time
