    I think I found something related...
    I noticed a bunch of green and red wires in the place with the robot. Well, earlier today I found this small building that had an elevator leading down to what looks like a water treatment/management area or a steam generator. I saw signs referencing steam in the robot cave. Also, it had two red and green wires right in plain sight. The "machine" is damaged and battery levels are not at 100%. I think these have to be related.

    Maybe we have to drop something in those hoppers to kick up steam production...?
    Could all this relate to the pond too?
    Also, does anyone know how to decode the obfuscated text?

    I found this on the first day but I never found a use to it.

    For the hopper, forget it, they are not linked to anything.
