you can get that item from the corrupted lost sanctuary dungeon shop

 

Probably underpaying as that costs a lot of corrupted dungeon runs.
Also, I don't think it's even tradeable so you're going to have to get it from the Corrupted lost sanctuary

 

you need 14 fixed keys for it which cost atleast 1 le each if you're buying them from players.
also you need to spend time doing dungeons
even if it was tradable 2 le would be a very big underprice

 

You only need 8 keys now, and the sanctuaries are 7

 

where would the lost sanctuary be, i went to the normal one, no corrupt section

 

You get to the corrupted ones by going to the Forgery outside of Cinfras
