    too bad when the story update came out I lost all of my item bombs... oh well. The situation was really fuzzy xD. when it happened, I lost all of my VIP+ perks except the name tag (prev particles, disguises, and bombs all disappeared).

    (I already e-mailed support and got a sort of refund (in shouts and party bombs...) I will never be able to use that second item bomb) LOL

    What if the person who brought ranks before for themselves brought a rank for a non-ranked friend after October 31st 2016? Will the offer be accepted as well?

    If a person bought a rank for someone else after the 31st the one that got the rank will be eligible.

    It's basically if the first rank you got was after the 31st.
