Looking Through The Corkus Telescope

Found this telescope in Corkus (I know I am not the first) ..


And saw this image through the lens (daytime)

This looks vaguely familiar, I reflected on this ...

The answer might be staring straight back .. but what could it mean? o-O


Does anyone have theories on this Easter Egg?
During the night it shows a blank grey tone (like stone) as though it is closed.

 

The telescopes for the old ??? Did something similar

There is a cloud on which you can go in Corkus with a Talking Mushroom's dialog

I wonder, are those gray lines significant, or just a screw-up?

Okay, so, I went as far as to check your skin on namemc.
I thought "okay, those are the three clouds. The telescope points there. Let's check the whole skin If the place UNDERNEATH the clouds shows something, so we can locate it."



Let's examine the skin. There's some kind of boat (?) or something, maybe an island. Next to it, there are 2 other islands.

I went on the map and found this, close to Corkus:





Two islands, a wooden structure with a red flag...



GOT IT!
I went there and found absolutely nothing.

The placement of the log on his skin is just perfect ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

 

@LarzLapiz "bee is actually a telescope!!" I guess that explains why being in Rodoroc isn't a challenge. I could use my head to gaze through the lens to the stars. @Bam made that observation as well xD

nothing is unintentional and everything is intentional xD

if it's cloudbee en face, wait the clouds clear.... no need to go under covers @leokiller97 xD but I appreciate your effort and at least one place is checked off. Yes, that is a boat with a mast on my skin, idek how it relates to the telescope, although both have length.. and don't go assuming my gender xDD

An outline, perhaps? Or a route? Are you clued in on this, then?

 

@Snerp @Rastin @Kraby @captainganon I am not clued in on the actual purpose, hence my qstn "does anyone have theories on this ...". I am pretty sure the image is intentional. It might or might not have a purpose later. It looks similar to the old ??? telescope image overlays revealed a clue. We won't know until we compile more clues, perhaps new telescopes/viewing devices in Corkus/Wynn/Gavel. Pure speculation at this point.

 

We need to check all towers, observatories, and high-up locations

 

You could always just ask the GM/Build team...... ._.
