    2/4s Stormy is still very useful since you don't need 100 Intelligence to use it. I bought a Diamond Hydro Necklace thinking I'm awesome before realizing none of my classes can wear it...

    They all seem like too much effort for too little.....
    There's lots of items almost as good of them that work just aswell for less effort :/
