Any Class Concentration (ring) Nerf

@Ragersgottagame found out that it was nerfed

it now has - spell%
but all old ones without -spell% dont have it
and yes i know it has +10 hp now

the bad part is that now i need a conc for a build i was making.

 

On the other hand though, there's a new Ring (Summa) that is found in the Geyser pit Boss Altar, has no requirements, and gives 2/4 regen. However it also gives -30 thunder/air def, and also -health regen, so you sort of have to pick your poison

 

raindrop was buffed too, it still has -5% spell etc but no more - thunder def and less harsh - hp
