    I was doing the quest, but I accidentally did the boat part before talking to Javen the second time. Now my quest book says to help the residents, so I did the boat puzzle again, and it won't update my quest book. What should I do?

    Wait for a server to restart, it worked for me when I joined a fresh server.
    Because I had the same problem.

    Bug fix done!
    Sadly I'll have to skip the initial Javen dialogue for everyone with that issue since there's a region to prevent running past him now, but you should be able to continue the quest normally after today's push.
