As I can see you are primarily going for Raw Spell Damage, yes? I would personally replace Soul Signal with Millennium, get 2x Summa for your rings, get Nebulous for your Bracelet, and Gigabyte for the Necklace.

EDIT: Put a couple fire/thunder powders to get positive defenses, a couple low tier ones from grinding should do as long as you get 30 Thunder and 30 Fire.
