Out Of My Mind

I have been searching with my friends for at least 20 minutes, and we cannot find another way in to the new Lab. Is this a bug, or are we just really stupid?
Btw, there were like 6 people looking at one point, 2 gave up.

 

It's across from the Jungle dungeon hidden behind a tree and a rock.

 

We found that forever ago, the button doesn't work, and the quest book updated to say to find a way into the house.

 

The door should open when you press the button... Try switching servers, if not it might be broken.

 

We switched servers... God dammit, there goes 25+ minutes down the drain

Ive tried switching servers and sill no luck any help?

I switched servers and it still didn't work

 

So around 5pm my time I can do the quest when the map pushes I guess? around 5.5 hours from now..

i just kept switching servers. just keep switching and try to find a recently restarted one, and i got in.

 

It was supposed to be pushed this morning, but I guess not. I don't know the current schedule, but sometime today. Sorry for the inconvenience. You must also have the "Lab Key" in your inventory to open it btw.

 

I have a fix for it.
Wait for a server to restart, then join that server again.
It works!

This is a temporary solution, and only works for one player. That isn't optimal.

 

Well, it worked for another player who did it right after I did it.

ya I had the same issue. I managed to get in after another player opened it, but my quest book didn't update and the door didn't open so I had to use a tp scroll (I was low on soul points) and go to another server to open it /: oh and sometimes there would be another button in front of the one on the door if that helps
