Fun fact: with the Diamond Legendary Tokens needed to obtain Legendary Medallion, you could buy every single item in the Diamond Rewards... 4 times... and still have some left over.

What kind of unidentified bracelet/ring/necklace do you need in order to make one of these?

 

You need a Legendary Island accessory of the previous tier, with the same element. Except for Silver which just requires the neutral Bronze accessories to get any of the elemental accessories.
