SPOILER Relos Workshop

There is a workshop in Relos with mechanic in it. Here's the dialogue:

The workshop itself is located at -1640 74 -2440
There's also a hopper in the centre of workshop with two lines of glass with redstone lamps under them.
Any ideas?

There might be an item that opens up a secret in here. It might be a junk item of some sort, I'm not sure

 

Is this the one that needs the electromagic battery thing?

 

You get the electromagic battery from one of the docks (I don't want to be too specific, so you can figure it out) and drop it in the hopper. Behind is the Corkus library, which has the text from the old corkus lore post. It's been accessible since the Corkus island was first added, as it wasn't in the restricted area.
