Sivius offers her Wreltchyopletzik again.

 

Praecantatia delicately takes it, her other hand at the ready to draw.

 

The blade waits, the connection returning.

 

"How many have you killed on your own terms? Why do you tell people like Sivius to do your work for you?" Praecantatia asks.

 

Sivius this times acts as a transcriber.
"I cannot do it on my own. I need a moving body to carry out my will."

 

"If I were to create a body for you, what would you do with it? What would your intentions be?" Praecantatia asks.

 

"Use it to further my ideals, and move closer to resurrection."

 

"Why do you wish to be resurrected? What shall you do when you're resurrected?" Praecantatia asks, hoping for answers to both.

 

"I am the guardian of her children. I will find those who have endured without me and I will give them my protection once again. I have fallen before, but I have always resurrected. This will be no different."

 

"Then I shall consider your plight. I assume your partner is no different?" Praecantatia asks.

 

"My partner is the shield to my sword."

 

"Very well. I may consider putting research into giving you a body to work with." Praecantatia says.

"Sivius, would you be able to survive without those blades?" Praecantatia asks.

 

"Yes, but you can't just make them a body. If it was that easy, they'd both be back."

 

"A body of flesh, no. However, being materials themselves, I believe I may be able to create them a body of metal, so to speak." Praecantatia says.

 

"They would be choosy. Wreltchyopletzik was a solar phoenix, and Aetchepyon was a lunar dryad. They would only agree to perfect constructions of their old bodies, which are long forgotten."

 

"If they work with me, I may be able to recreate their bodies to some degree. Not perfectly, but close." Praecantatia says.

 

"They would reject that, but thank you for your consideration."

 

"Very well. I wish you, and they, the best of luck on your quests," Praecantatia says, opening a drawer in her desk and taking out a small crystal necklace, offering it to Sivius, "Should you wish to return here, this will allow you to pass through the security fields. I hope Fia was friendly to you whilst you were quarantined."

 

"Will you pardon my presence, then?"

 

"I shall. You may wish to see the God of Time, Temporus, if you have not already. Bringing large quantities of power from another reality can lead to...time problems, especially with paradoxium." Praecantatia advises.
