I think that all of the bosses in Legendary Island are bosses that we killed, were found by others, and later modified mechanically by the Corkians. I also don't see any current endgame bosses becoming even stronger in Legendary Island, it'd simply be ridiculously hard, considering many builds can't beat Qira without potions.

Therefore, Qira is unlikely, as she does not die after we beat her in the Hive (she has dialogue when you talk to Yansur after beating her). She is also an endgame boss, so she probably won't be there.

Orange Wybel won't be there either as it is already an endgame boss as well.

Bob is a bit different. I don't see Bob being used in such a place, because he is one of the most important characters from the lore. Even though it is likely that that is not Bob's actual corpse, it doesn't feel right either way. Why would Corkians defile what they think to be the body of Wynn's great protector instead of burying it properly?

The most likely bosses in my eyes are Aenara, Krolton, and the Cockatrice.
