Elemental Defenses (help Pls)

Example:

If I have 1000 points of water defense and a debuff of -1% water defense... :
-...I obtain negative water defense (+1000 x -0,01 = -10p)
-...or I only lost this minimal % (+1000 - (1000 x(-0,01)) = 998p)?
-...or other?

The formula is too simple, (Raw) x ( 1 + (Percentage) )

And The Gambler ring is a good ring for glass cannon builds? (for no have negative defenses)

Nope, Gambler is never going to be good, as that reduces other pieces' Defense values as well. Even Prism is better.

 

And any good ring for elemental defenses with no Prism's requirements? :'/

 

Ehh, no idea. You're probably not supposed to have elemental def without elemental skill point build.

Rainbow 30 in everything, req 5 in all.

You lose -2 to -4% of all elemental DMG.
