Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Abigail thinks for a bit.

"Alright." Abigail says, nodding.

 

"One other thing. Sapphire asked me if you still had her mask."

 

"Yeah, I'm keeping it safe." Abigail says casually.

 

"She was hoping to get it back next week."

 

"I thought I could keep it?" Abigail asks.

 

"As long as you wish to maintain her punishment."

 

Abigail thinks for a while, a slight evil smirk on her face.

"I'll speak to the others about it." Abigail says eventually.

 

"Alright, then."

 

Abigail grabs her helmet, putting it back on before listening to music again.

Eventually, a regal looking Shadow steps through a portal nearby Xlentia, carrying Abigail's chestplate and shirt. The shirt appears to be completely free of blood, the back sewn up so well it doesn't even look like there was ever a cut there to begin with. Abigail's chestplate appears to be fully repaired, looking stronger than before, even.

"Excuse me, Goddess Xlentia? Do you perhaps know of the location of Miss Abigail? Her Highness Queen Stephanie specifically asked me to return her shirt and chestplate. Repaired, of course." The Shadow asks Xlentia.

 

"Fine then. Be that way."
Crystal eventually gives up, laying down.

 

"On my back."

Sivius, looking at the drained crystal, opts to head to the Realm of Shadows, though his blades hold enough power to catch Tenebrae's attention.
His broadsword seems to be covered completely for the sake of the common shadow.

"Fine."
'Frank' flies off out of sight.

 

"May I have permission to fly onto your back, Goddess Xlentia?" The Shadow asks respectfully.


Sivius finds the Realm of Shadows to be particularly dark, the moon rising into the sky, black moonlight shining down.

 

"Yes."


"And she asked why the moon had a dark affinity..." He mumbles, heading towards the shadow palace.

 

"Thank you, Goddess Xlentia." The Shadow says, bowing before flying up onto Xlentia's back, walking over to Abigail.

"Here is your chestplate and shirt, Miss Abigail. Our engineers also fixed a slight flaw in your wing system, which would have led to them falling out of place in the future. I hope that is alright, Miss Abigail." The Shadow says, handing Abigail her chestplate and shirt.

"Oh, yeah sure, that's fine. Do I owe you anything?" Abigail asks.

"Not at all, Miss Abigail. Have a good evening." The Shadow says, before leaving through a portal.

Abigail takes off her gauntlets and helmet to change her shirt, before putting her chestplate back on, then the rest of her armour and lying back to listen to more music; her old shirt next to her.


The guards stop Sivius at the gate.

"Sorry, but none of the royalty are accepting visitors right now, stranger." A guard says, seemingly not notified of Sivius' expected arrival.

 

"The queen told me to be here as this crystal ran dry." He says, holding up the timer crystal, just about out of red.

 

"Hmm. Alright...we'll be keeping an eye on you, though." The guard says, suspicious, opening the gates with the other guard to let Sivius pass.

 

Sivius keeps silent, entering.
His eyes turn a dim twilight as he heads into the elevator, seeming to have already scanned the combo.

 

Shadows and Guardians alike give Sivius nervous and suspicious looks as he heads into an elevator, clearly unfamiliar with him.

The dials in the elevator don't seem to be set to anything, pointing straight up.

 

He checks for Shadow Stephanie's presence before setting the dials to a location near her.

 

Shadow Stephanie appears to be nearby, and Sivius ends up teleporting to a rather fancy looking restaurant, tables lit by candlelight. Sivius can see Shadow Stephanie sitting at one of the tables near the other end of the restaurant, waiting.
