Just looked up Owlbears, and dear god I have to keep Okami away from it. It can attack twice, both attacks being able to one-shot her.

 

I advance towards the owlbear a few feet, and present the amulet I wear around my neck. I cry out a quick prayer in Celestial, activating my Radiance of the Dawn ability.

A wave of golden sunlight sweeps outwards from my amulet, everything hostile to me (this part is important lol) in a 30 ft. radius makes a DC 14 Con. save, taking 2d10 + 3 radiant damage, or half on save.

Damage roll: 6 + 8 + 3 = 19, or 9 on a successful save.

 

Wait... Am I allowed to retreat Okami due to her chances of dying?

 

Yes, I believe you can command her to back away.
