[rp] World Of Anarchy [cancelled]

Welcome to my third RP! It will focus on more strategy than luck than Moon’s Dragon. With that said, you don’t have to be educated on my last RP, but there’s essential information that you need to know since this takes place in the same universe. Read the spoiler if you’re new. Spoiler: Basic Information

Wynn, Astral, Apocalypse are called realms. You can enter it using a void jump machine AKA VJM, but that will not appear in this world. Either way, by innate powers or machine, you will be teleported to the Void. The Void is a hub where portals to other realms exist (Every person have their own Void).

There are six Dragon Aspects that are in control of the world. Here’s the last RP’s opening:

They are basically the religious figures in the world, it’s up to your character to follow them as they have special benefits.

Gods of Destruction are a group of special people who have powers to destroy realms. These are people like Robert Kailo and Dominus Terrae, both appeared in Moon’s Dragon.

After the story of Moon’s Dragon ended, another story opened up in the Void. It was called the Anarchy Realm. In this world, everything is destroyed from a God of Destruction. No order lies from the ruins. All resources became scarce and the strong came out of the ashes to fight for what’s left. Everyone gathered into their own factions and formed their ideals:

Legion of Iron, who believes that the strong lives and the weak dies.
The Collection, who believes in justice.
Nomads, who believes in order.

They are called the Juggernauts, the three factions who mainly rule the land. They are at constant war with each other, but don’t fret. There are separate, smaller factions that roam the land. Some factions join one of the Juggernauts, while other remain loyal to only themselves. The choice is yours.

In Anarchy, food and water are uncommon throughout the world so, you will have a bar that tells you the status of your character called the Stamina Bar: [ST: 100/100]

Special actions like running, climbing, wrassling, and the such will drain your stamina bar. [EX: A. Climbing [ST - 10]

Combat also drains Stamina, but that will be in the 'Combat' tab.

The only way to gain Stamina is by eating, drinking, or sleeping. Eating food or drinking water will only gain ST to a point. Sleeping will fully replenish your Stamina Bar.

HP is obvious. No need to explain. DR is the value that subtracts the damage you take. Like I take 50 Damage, but DR makes me take 25 Damage.

Combat will be more strategy based unlike Moon's Dragon, which features rolling. You can instantly kill an enemy with a well-timed strike, instead of dealing numbers that will eventually kill an enemy.

Guns do exist in Anarchy, but they are rare. Ammo even more so. Shooting a gun will decrease your ammo count by 1. When that ammo count hits 0, you cannot shoot your gun.

Magic does exist in Anarchy, but it takes more ST than physically attacking. Abilites also take the same amount of ST.

The fastest speed will hit first, then the slowest speed will hit last. Even magic items will have a speed value.

Backstory: Although not actually the cause for the Anarchy Realm's destruction, he likes to pretend he is. He arrived into the realm about two years ago after he stole a mythic from the Wynn Realm. He decided he would join the Legion of Iron, and made himself a name by being one of the most ruthless people. He rose through the ranks and eventually found himself with the power to create his own group well skilled commandos called "The Legion of Steel". He regularly participates in raids into groups that refuse to accept the Legion of Iron's rule.

Primary Weapon: Scimitar of Souls (Has a chance to actually reap the soul off of the person he kills.)
Ability: Soul Consume - Consume a soul and gain a boost in all stats for five turns and reducing stamina loss by up to 50%
Secondary Weapon: Grim Tome of Spells (It's that one mythic that he just renamed)
Ability: Release Void - Send a blast of magic straight from the void that can have a random effect. (Yes it can send them to the void)
Blessing: Baetylus

Starting Place: No Man's land, leading a group of men in a raid.

Other: He frequently comments on the somewhat ironic nature of a God of Destruction worshipping the Dragon of Creation. Also feel free to nerf or buff anything.

What would be equal to 22 human years in elven years. No idea how much that is.
She is a young woman is what I'm going for.

Appearance:
As a young female elf, Ira is naturally quite beautiful. She has long blond hair and "burning" (not litterally) red eyes.
She is wearing clothes in red, orange and white. She has a necklace with a very beautiful gem in it. It is shaped like a flame and changes into the different colors of one.

-Abilities:
Ignis Incendium (Passive):
Ira has control of fire. She can manipulate it. Think firebenders from Avatar.
She can also to some degree create small flames. These are very small and is not enough to really damage anyone except for direct contact, and are used mainly as utility.

Burning temper (Passive):
If Ira gets angry, her magical abilities are enhanced.
It also comes with some physical alterations to her body and looks. Her body temperature rises significantly and her eyes seem more on fire than usually. Her hair will catch on fire, but will not be damaged.
If she gets really mad though her hair will rise straight up in the air and Ira will have a firey aura around her. This is pretty much her ultimate power. She is INCREDIBLY strong in this form but is uncontrollable and it takes alot to activate. This is when she has the power to burn down a city, but it is REALLY rare. think "best friend from childhood stabbed me in the back" angry. (Or something like that)
In this extreme she can use up more ST than the has normally, but can easily use too much and completely drain her energy making her unconscious.
She can send out a strong explosion from her body in this state. This will drain her incredibly much and will make her unconscious if strong enough.

-Spells:
Pyroblast:
Ira will channel a large ball of fire which on impact will explode.
The longer the channel the stronger the fireball and the more ST it takes. This can get a seriously big.

Conjure:
Ira can conjure physical objects of fire. These can be for utility but are mostly weapons.
These objects will disintegrate if they get out of 5 meters range of Ira, so no ranged weapons.
This takes ST depending on size. Things like swords whips shields and stuff in that "standard" sizecategory are 8 ST.
Conjure can be used to create small messages. That doesn't take a lot of ST since the message doesn't have to be stable.

Impulse of fire:
Ira sends out a strong short range wave of fire that knocks anything it hits away. And of course it also damages things :P
If in extreme cases of Burning Temper Impulse of fire will be a continuous stream of fire.

Weapon:
Has none. Uses what she conjures using Conjure.
One of her favorite weapons is her signature fire whip (Kinky I know ;).

Backstory:
Ira was born in the elven city of Apstrus, in a world that is not this one. Deep in the woods, far away from other civilisation. Her father died a long time ago when she was little. She never really met him.
For a long time her powers were unknown to the other elves. She kept them for herself and her mother. She was afraid that the other elves would banish her. They thought of fire as chaos, death and destruction. They failed to see the beauty of a flame. The chaos of the flame is what made it beautiful in Ira's mind. Ira also knew something they didn't. Fire is not just death. Fire is life. Many other races has built their civilisations on fire. Fire is rebirth. Where the others saw a dead tree turned to ash, Ira saw the plants that cherished in the ash. Fire bring a light in the darkness.

Ira loved to spend hours sitting and gazing into one of the flames she created. She only almost burned her home down three times, until one fateful day when her anger took over. Ira had always been angry, but with her mother's she had been able to calm herself. Not this time though.
Ira was sitting in the living room staring into a flame she had conjured in her fist, when suddenly there was a powerful but steady knock on the door. She sat there for a second confused. Elves usually didn't knock like that. Then it was there again. *Knock, knock, knock.* Then she dispersed the flame and walked over to the door. "I'm coming!" Ira opened the door, and outside stood at least a dousin elven soldiers in their golden armor which glittered in the light. At the front stood the high general of the elven army. Ira stood there in shock for a few seconds. The soldiers began pouring into her house as the general said: "Find her!" Ira snapped out of the shock and exclaimed: "What are you doing? Who are you searching for?" The general answered her: "Don't worry. We're not here for you. We're here for your mother." Ira didn't understand why that would help, but before she could ask why they would do it, her mother came into the room: "What is happening? Oh. Hello. What do I owe the honor?" The soldiers without hesitation begin moving in on her, but Ira quickly stepped in their way with fire in her eyes. Through gritted teeth she asked them: "Why are you doing this!?!" The temperature in the room rose slightly. The general seemed a bit shocked, but got steady again after a few seconds. "Your mother has committed crimes way beyond normal and is to be put before the elven high council of Apstrus." Ira wasn't conviced and confidently said: "I know my mother. She would never harm a living thing. She is definitely not a criminal, but I am curious as to what you think she's done." The general grimly told her: "She hasn't harmed a living thing. She's broken a very fundamental law of nature which is never to be broken." Ira knew what she talked about. Necromancy. Here was something her and the council agreed on. The dead should stay dead. The alternative is terrible and unnatural. A simple word escaped her lips: "No." The temperature rose even more as Ira's hair began rising up and dancing like a flame. A paper caught on fire. The soldiers hands tightened around their weapons, but they waited for the order from their general. Without turning around to face her mom Ira full of anger said: "Tell me that it isn't true! Tell me this is all just a big misunderstanding!... TELL ME!" Her mother answered with silence. "At least tell me why!" Ira said hurt and burning with rage. "Your dad. After his death I was desperate to get him back." The room's temperature rose again and now, even the general seemed nervous. She said with a trembling voice: "Look. We are just here for your mother. Just let us take her and we'll leave." "No." was the answer. Ira didn't know what to do. She was split. Her mother was a Necromancer, but she couldn't just let them take her! This was happening too suddenly for her and she couldn't process what to do. She felt a raw, untamed and overwhelming power build up inside of her. The energy built up inside of her and wanted to get out. It wanted to rush out in every direction. It began surging out from her body all of the stored energy at once. The power overwhelmed her and everything went black. The last thing Ira saw was her house in flames.

When Ira woke up again, she was somewhere. Somewhere that she couldn't recognize. She tried calling for help. Someone. Anyone! But her voice was gone.

Personality:
Just as flames are chaotic Ira is too. As Burning Temper suggests she has somewhat of a temper. She can get angry pretty easily. But! She is not evil. She is actually very friendly and trusting. Often a little too trusting. She doesn't have a big ego, but is mostly pretty confident in her abilities.
She is impulsive and unpredictable.

Blessing:
Doesn't have one. She doesn't even know of the gods. I guess she can get one later.

Don't piss her off ;)

My 2 main reasons for using an old application are:

1. I didn't want to spend a lot of time on an application for an RP that might die soon after.
2. I don't have the time or energy to make a new one currently.

Backstory: Fira lived an unique childhood. She, much like her parents, much like her faction, belived greatly in the gods power. They gods in return gave some of thier power to a few lucky individuals. Fira was one of them. She was given a katana blade with various purple markings and symbols on it. She herself was adorned in similar markings. She spent years training and honing her skills in combat to live up to the gods desires. In this wasteland of a world, she could defend for herself. Now she bids her time studing the world around her.
Primary Weapon: The Moon's Shadow is the name given to the sword. She's very deadly with it (no shit). The sword has an almost spiritual connetion to Fira. She doesn't have to worry about misplacing as both sword and sheath can be summoned back to her in a matter of nano seconds. If she has to unsheath this thing for any reason that isn't to show it off...shit about to go down.
Secondary Weapon: Prayer, meditation, and magic symbols can bullshit Fira out of basically any situation.
Blessing: Oomn
Starting Place: A trading outpost in Legion of Iron territory, sitting in a tree, eating an apple.
Other: As you can guess, the moon plays a big part in Fira's life. In the light of the moon, when Oomn's effect would activate, her hair turns pure white like someone bleached it. Meanwhile the markings on her body and sword turn picth black. The enemy wouldn't have time to properly observe the sword giving off black smoke...because they're probably already dead. Also as a pass time, Fira has journal that fills with various notes and drawings of the flora and fauna of the world. So she's a bit of an expert. Also, this character was really weird to make since I'm an atheist.

Faction: Alone, though; He always admired the Faction Of Gareth.
Backstory: Just the average Joe, before the world was destroyed; Jack was just a normal, working person. Except there was one thing was off with him. He was always obsessed with guns, and always talked about "How he couldn't wait for the world to end", so this situation is just like his paradise. As soon as the disaster happened, he ran away to the nearest forest; To succumb to what he wished to be. He never used his guns, just admired them. Most of the guns have rusted away; Or just.. Lost, somehow. Same with the bullets he had, he never used them. He only bought them for his own collection. Although there was his one, prized gun. He always shined it, made sure all of the bullets were in stock. If it were somehow lost, or stolen; He would go mad, so much so; That he would pray for the pistol to not be gone. This was the only gun he took with him, other than the exception of a dagger; That could be taped onto the pistol.

Take his blessing with Oomn and the Moon as a signification of his personality. Without the sun, there would be no light when the moon is out. Same with Jack without his pistol.

Spoiler: Reputation

Reputation is a factor when encountering other factions. It will determine if you get assassins, aid, or a nice "present". It goes on a scale to -100 to 100. -100 is obviously hated, 0 is neutral, and 100 is loved. When siding with a Juggernaut, you will have +50 reputation while the other Juggernauts will have -50 reputation. The same goes for a smaller faction.

Looks good. I would recommend adding more skills, but you could get that from journeying in No Man's Land. You will start tomorrow.

When the guy who caused big destruction in the last RP chooses a race called "God of Destruction", you already know the world is doomed xD

I enjoy Strategy-based RPs... This could be fun, provided SOMEONE doesn't throw any bs at me, though the exclusion of dice limits said person's options in that regard...

Totally not following the tactic of reserving a front-page slot.

 

Yeah ok. I think there was stamina in one of the Fire Emblem games. Forgot which one though.

 

Stamina in an FE Game... I've only heard of it in Heroes. Haven't heard of it elsewhere, and I've seen gameplay of literally every game. Am I FE Trash yet?

 

Yeah. (I got Fae and Sanaki for five stars now)

 

Anyway, it's almost 10. I have it partially finished, I'll finish it tomorrow.

(Noice. I have some 5-stars (I almost got a full 3-star summon, then a 5-star Tiki on the last one). Funny thing is that my friend is a Sacred Stones fan... And I summoned two Eirikas (one is focus) and one Ephriam. Salt ensued. We're both hoping Lute gets in, then it'll just be Race to Summon Lute for us.)

 

(My friend summoned Ninian, Nino, Reinhardt, and Eirkia. My salt levels are too high)

 

(Ouch. I do want to get Ninian due to her having Dance and a magic attack, but she's probably about as rare as Takumi Godkumi now)

Backstory: He was livin the good life maken tons of money and spending it on whatever he wanted. That is until it became useless when the world and his family were destroyed by a god of destruction. He barely survived the fiery ball of explosion that used to be his town, burning his belongings and everything else with it, including his family. He never could understand why someone would one day decide to destroy all of humanity, and he began to grow a hatred for people that do others misfortune for no legitimate reason. And so, by influence of that hatred, he decided to join The Collection, hoping to bring justice to all who deserve it.

Primary Weapon: Sword of Fire : It was the only thing left from the burnt remains of his town. It was apparently the thing that created the huge fireball, but he can only get it to fire smaller ones, at least for now.. (it is not on fire, but is basically the temperature which metal melts at, sometimes even glowing, so it would still burn the enemy)

Secondary Weapon: A hunting rifle with (not sure how rare bullets are so u decide how many I have left) bullets. : He was outside his town hunting with this when the fireball hit, hence how he survived.

Blessing: Headt

Starting Place: Walken around in a Collection outpost, seeing when the next event is happening.

Other: He wears hunting cloths, since all his other stuff burned up in the fireball explosion. He also used to work out a lot and still does sometimes, making him decently fit for his age.

 

How come we aren't told what Baetylus' blessing is? I mean we have a player with that blessing. It just seems weird to me ^^

 

I assume it's a sort of "You'll unlock it later or you'll find out later" kind of deal

 

If it is the ladder it is just weird. Cause then you are playing with a buff that you have no idea what is. The first one could work.

 

It could be a random buff because Dragon of Creation.
