Alright then, he's 43. I was thinking he could start off on his own, and would be implemented into the main story (whatever it ends up being) after something forces him to leave (maybe a gang attacks him? I don't know)

One of the smaller creatures turns and runs off. The other is quickly overpowered by your (Im calling them Gnomes XD) gnomes. Both your sword and shot hit home and the monster you shot drops to the ground. Jesse reforms his staff into a glowing white sword and launches himself at the last monster cutting it across its chest. It falls to the ground and start dissolving along with the rest of the bodies.

Some are quite standard, retrieval of a stolen item, the head of a middle-aged banker, but most deal with magical items and beasts although you do notice one that only asks for a in person talk, normally you would refuse such a job but this one offers quite a large amount of money.

Some kind of inventors fair. Just pretend I got a phone call from the people who hold the fair. This year it takes place in Thaedal. And because my character is from Thaedal, I was asked to be a judge on the event

Your sitting at one of the tables alone with your drink. None of the usuals have showed up yet. Usually you'd spend you time talking with newcomers but the bar is slow today. Someone walks in and you look up to see a man completely covered in a cloak, you cant even see his face. He walks up to the counter and orders something, you don't catch what it is. He then walks over and sits down next to you. He seems to be wearing some sort of mask. The man then puts his head in his hands and the mask falls off. He turns and looks at you and you find yourself staring at an android. Bright blue lights for eyes and a face of machinery. You've never seen one in person before. "Hello Nexus, I'd like to talk to you." he says in a voice thats sounds like someone took a recorded voice and made it sound like it came from artificial vocal cords.

"You probably don't know much about androids so I'll tell you how I got to be here. A few of us we're dug up several hundred years ago, they didn't work as they used magic to run but other androids got built off of their designs though. However when magic came back those early units reactivated. I was the last one of those to wake up, about 17 years ago. Since then I've worked with the government to help them with specialized jobs. They sent me here because we need your help, you probably don't want to go back to it but we've tried everything else.
