Buying Speed Boots!!!! Paying Up To 32eb!

Hi! Because I'm tied of being slow I'd like to buy some boots with a decent walk speed!
My level is 77 so no level 90 stuff :P.
Make sure to include a screenshot of the boots! So they can be judged! (Making sure they fit in with my all-water build)

What is the least walk speed you want?

 

There's nothing really good out there around your level range for WS except for rare boots called Paw which give up to 33% WS but no health.

 

There's really no water ws boots in your level rank just do lots of quest you'll get out of that range real quick anyways
also 32eb can't buy anything rlly.

If you're an archer you can wear Shadestep, some boots from the blade of shade boss altar. They subtract 300 health tho and I think they are more fit for an air/thunder build.

 

Wish I was an archer now! But I'm only a mage.

 

If you want to be a water air mage, you should most probably level up to 95-96 so you can get a good build.

How are you supposed to get any good speed boots with a 32 EB budget?

 

I don't want good ones just decent ones

 

btw, sorry if I seemed rude in the post you replied to me that i said about 32 eb budget. Just wanted to say that decent ws boots are still atleast 1-2 le from what I know.
