Spell is 1 off max and melee is max. This Aquarius is literally 1% off perfect.

You should pay more attention to selling threads before instantly assuming they misuse 'godly' and slapping on a link. Making a profile post saying 'hey guys I just read a thread about the meaning of 'godly'' has the same effect. It's also a much easier to tell people you read things.

Oh and also, not true. This Aquarius is still godly.

godly = the best, that none can be considered better, aquarius is obviously a water, chestplate, wich is meant for spell, so melee doesn't matter much, obviously the lowest the debuff of melee is, the best the aquarius, but 1% spell is still better.

If I wanted an Aquarius, I'd take a 1 off perfect Aquarius over a 7/20/-19 Aquarius any day just for the bragging rights. As far as I know there isn't a 100% perfect Aquarius floating around the market.

the problem is the I, its what YOU think, aquarius is made for mana regen and spell damage purpose, its like the memento argument about if the 1% missing was better than 40 life steal or more life steal I can't remember, well I consider that the 1% is better...
here this aquarius clearly isn't godly, wich means perfect or at least the best
