I think this guy spawn after a cinematic if you don't jump like an idiot and avoid the tripwire XD

but there's no tripwire, its part of the cutscene

 

I don't know how this is activated but it come to the same ._. If you jump like an idiot you can probably avoid the area of effect of the command block or the detector whatever it is and so it don't spawn (Which is what a lot of people do because they just do "RUSH FOR THE XP !!!!!!!!!!!") :D
