How much intelligence for level 100 mage??

As much as tou can if you're going for water build.
68 if you don't use water build.

 

More health, +50 in all elemental defenses, more SP, reflection and only set item, combinable with Morph accesories (but no this little spell damage bonus and the useless health regen in a mage build)

 

Reflection does nothing in PvE.
Morph-Steel doesn't provide any damage boost.
