It might not destroy the market and the wand might turn out to be bad. A few reasons:
Mage has teleport, making this less useful if that -16/4 stat isn't mana regen.
This "wand" possibly has -16/4 mana regen, probably making it hard to compensate for that lost mana while getting over 225% ws.
If you didn't compensate for the lost mana, then you wouldn't be able to sprint.

 

Or cast spells
Or do ANYTHING

If it's +152% WS and -16/4 MR then there are still ways to get a ton of walk speed while not having a lack of mana. For example,
Skywatcher
Booster Plate (buffed iirc)
Pacifist
Capricorn

Suppression
Suppression
Ominous Wind
Follow the Wind

Slider has 52% walk speed at most. Please.

 

still very low compared to a stratisformus/that wand thing (you people should get the point or not).......so yeah

 

It's a legendary compared to a mythic; of COURSE it has lower walk speed

my point still stands that theres nothing for assassins/warriors that reaches the level of a statisformis and the wand thing doesnt matter whether its a legendary or a mythic

 

Stratiformis, was made solely for walk speed, which makes sense, because archer is the fastest class. It would not make sense for a 70+ ws item to be added for warrior, cause warrior is meant to be the slowest class.

 

Whats the purpose of a mage then? (If it is ws)

 

I really don't think it will be walk speed, and even if it is, mage still won't be the fastest class. (Or even 2nd, I think.)

Not really. You need to use a nearly funn build to counter -16 mana, so really, your build will have issues passing 250 ws
