Grandmother Build

I have a pretty decent Grandmother bow but it’s really hard to make a build around it. My previous build brought me great success but that was because it relied heavily on the attack speed glitch. I’m not sure what direction I want this build to go in though so I want to ask the community for help.
The Grandmother has heavy drawbacks and the stats on the bow aren't the best. I haven't applied any powders to my bow yet but I think 4 t6 earth powders would be good.
Below are equipment that may fit with the specific build.

Reqs: 100 Str
Heavy Negative HP Regen
Speed Reduction

Skill points to soften the 100 Str commitment to equip Grandmother
Allows for more flexibility within the build

Helm of the Ancients-
Mana regen
Small skill point increase all around

Sequencer-
Rounded helm without any drawbacks

Tons of HP
Good HP Regen

Caladade Mail/Admiral-
Maybe good for skill points???

Chef Hamsey's Apron-
Very solid regen

Cancer-
Reqs: 100 Dex - Might be hard to make this work out
Good life steal - Helps balance out the HP regen reduction

Plague Mask-
No real drawbacks
Godly Life Regen+

Fenmask-
Tons of Regen (HP and MP)
No real significant drawbacks


These are the only viable helms that I've found for a Poison build.
Cancer seems really hard to work around but the Poison of Cancer is so much more potent than both Fenmask's or Plague Mask's. Overall Fenmask is the most well rounded.

Terra's Mold-
Negative Speed might be bad as Grandmother already gives some
Decent chestplate nonetheless

Silkweb Mail-
Again, negative speed
Agility reqs are around 24

Coal Duster-
Requires Dex (will work with Cancer)
No +HP regen

Not a lot of choices for Chestplate. These all seem kinda mediocre at best. Maybe I"ll just use some generally good Chestplate instead of a poison chestplate.

Leggings of Desolation-
Oh geez. 1k Poison but -100% HP regen

Snail Leggings-
Decent Poison and makes Snail Boots (regen) more viable than it already is.

Snail Leggings seem like the best choice. I'll try Leggings of Desolation if I'm feeling extra suicidal.

Scorpio-
No drawbacks except for 20 Def reqs
Very solid

Humbark Moccasins (already used my token :c)-
A bit of Negative HP regen
Godly Poison

I think the choice is clear here. Scorpio is the way to go (if i manage to make room for 20 Def). If i can't get 20 def, I'll probably use Nether's Scar (if i'm using Cancer)

I'll use 2 Yins if I can't find another way to get Dex for Cancer. If no cancer, I'll use 2 Acids.

Pass Band-
Good Poison dmg w/ no drawbacks

I think Krolton's Cruelty is the way to go.

Not finished. Took me a really long time to 'finish' the Poison build. I want to post this now so that I can get feedback before i add equips for the other 2 builds. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
