The results are finally here!
After asking your guys' opinions on your favorite items in Figuring Out The Item Meta and around 2 weeks of voting, we finally have the final results!
It was a little rough the first few days and voting had to end early due to Corckus being announced but overall it went pretty well, and the results will undoubtedly be interesting.

I did this mostly for fun and and out of curiosity of what the results would be but I do understand where you're coming from.

In all honesty, you can't really establish a "meta" in Wynncraft.

Maybe you could have pre-Gavel since there everyone ran the same thing (the 4 endgame armor, Bob's Mythics, etc) since there were no variance of builds back then.

Now, there's stuff like WS builds, melee builds, elemental/rainbow builds, spell builds that puts so much variance into the game that there's no such thing as a "meta". Every weapon is meant to suit a completely different playstyle and certain weapons, armor, and accessories can be combined to create an amazing 10/10 i r8 build even if individually, those weapons and armor and accessories were horrible individually.

Xavier's just about hit the nail on the head. Just because a bunch of people are using x weapon/armor doesn't really mean it's meta, it's just a common playstyle.

Games that include loadouts DO have sort of a meta (see: 6v6 competitive TF2), but it's less of the weapons and more of the actual playstyles. Some playstyles just work better in certain environments, such as a weapon working well in 6v6 but not in 12v12.
That's why there's a meta in games like TF2 but not in Wynncraft. In Wynncraft, everyone is playing the same game/map, fighting the same enemies, so there's really no set of weapons/weapon that works better in a certain environment.

Sorry for bashing on your thread. I like the idea that you had, but I don't think it was really necessary to list out a bunch of weapons that a bunch of players decided to use in Wynncraft. I'd like to remind you that ~5-15% of Wynn's total players are active on the forums, which is a TINY minority. That minority also has access to a lot of build guides, which may skew certain variables since a lot of forumers may flock to one build, while non-forumers just play with whatever works for them, meaning they're probably using other items besides the ones listed here.

 

Then again, people tend to gravitate toward PvP in wynn, where there is a DEFINITE meta, especially in the nether (poison builds and rainbow tanks, mainly). Also:
