Warp and Harp both make sense... If it's called Warp I think the high % id is walk speed and the -12/4s id is mana regen. If its harp it might be life/mana steal, and the high % reflection maybe?

 

152% walk speed might make sense if the -16/4 is mana regen

Warp

should give you positive mana regen (assuming -16/4 isn't the worst possible; otherwise, you get even mana regen but negative mana steal), while also giving you far more walk speed than a Stratiformis build.

Then you can just hold Warp when you want to run around and hold something like Morrowind when you want to actually hit mobs. Win-win.
