Account Lost And Progress Transfer

Hey, im an old player in this server, started playing it when it was released. Ive entered a hiatus for a while, but my other account was lost in the process. Ive recently bought a new one and i wanted to get back into the game but ive lost all progress. Is it possible to transfer the progress and items from my previous account to the one I have now if i provide the details needed? Thanks in advance.

If you can access your old account, you can simply transfer over the items. As for the progress, i think there is no way an admin can transfer over levels and progress. I am sorry.
it may be better however, if you are a really old player, to start over again anyways. A lot of things have changed since Gavel came out and some things need to be re-learned.

Well, the time i spent in this game is too much to overlook. No, I cannot access my old acount since it was stolen. If I don't get the progress transfered I won't play the game, simple as that. I still remember the first areas of the game (untill like lvl 50 or somthing like that) and i've done the tutorial/begginners phase too many times (and yes, i know stuff has changed, I tried it out with my new account, but the core is still the same so there no element of surprise to hook me up from the start, making it boring until i get to the same point as my previous account + all the items I had, which were REALLY rare). I beg of you admins, it means a LOT to me, the nostalgia I get from the game is big but I still can't enjoy it fully like this :/
