Fen'ris attempts to figure out what kind of paralysis this is and how long it would last. If it's a long, magic type paralysis, he waits it out and tries to stall.
If it's a natural, short type paralysis, Fen'ris attempts to move as best as he can.

 

Yes, accepted. I remember a similar monster from my old rp Rebels... lol you were a tornado with chains coming out :P

Since you're a monster, can you come up with a human form?

Yes, accepted. Though we have a lot of spirit demons in this RP, it should work out.

So that's 9 players then?

 

The monster grins. "Are you now?" He says. "That would be very interesting."

"Who the hell are you, anyway?" Rathius shouts.

"Me?" The monster spreads his arms. "I am the finest creation the Calamity Witch has ever produced. I am her army's general, as well as her personal assassin. I am called Pride."

"Pride?" Rathius scoffs. "What kind of name is that?"

The man's eyes glint dangerously. "I will not have you insult me, dragon." He growls. He outstretches his hand, in which a giant mace appears. At the tip of the mace is a thin blade, giving it the ability to stab.

The other Cultists draw their blades. They seem to be normal swords, covered in bold runes.

Rathius: "Go hide somewhere, this could get messy."
*I rush towards the 3 cultists that block the way I came from. With incredible speed I tackle 1 of the 3 against a wall, knocking him out*

You haven't replied for the duel thing with Luratos so can we skip that? Luratos beat you quite easily.

Mike, Luratos, Mylith, Jenna and Kaya walk down the street towards the inside sector. People occasionally look towards their group, wondering who in the world they were, but otherwise left them alone. As they get closer to the castle, Luratos says; "Remember; we are here for a job. The Seminar Lord is an extremely powerful mage; even the High Elves of Al Forlingur respect him. The fact that he's asking for help; it makes me worried. You sure you want to do this?"

Jenna grins. "Of course. Plus, me and Kaya's bound to you, so we will have to follow you." Kaya nods.

"I'm fine, too." Mylith says. They all look at Mike. The Delvolar shrugs. "I talked with Luratos last night; I'll follow you."

Luratos smiles. "Good. Here we go, then."

They walk into the castle.

The two other cultists leap back as Rathius swings his sword in an arc. They're fast for a human. Rathius thinks. So they aren't humans.

The boy cries behind Rathius. He had turned translucent again, and the two cultists that was with Pride was hacking at him with swords in no vain. Pride grabs the boy by the collar, however.

Behind you, the cultist that you knocked down stands up. Rathius growls, surprised. They're tough.

 

*I swing my sword at the cultist that tries to stand up, cutting him in his chest. Then I run back to the boy to interfere Pride in taking the boy.*
Rathius: "Leave him alone"
*I pull out my dagger (made of a dragon's tooth) and stab Pride in his shoulder*

No, Asakeryu was not in the paralysis range.

The vampire turns and swings her claws at the princess. Remilia lifts her sword, blocks the blow, then swings back. Zeisha jumps, missing the sword, then lands. She spreads her wings and flaps, creating a force of wind. Remilia flinches, and Zeisha uses that distraction to attack her. Remilia dodges to the side, but Zeisha's claws make a shallow cut on her right arm.

Remilia grunts and brings the hilt of her golden sword down on the vampire's back, between her wings. She cries in pain as she falls to the ground. She rolls and gets up agilely, and turns to face Remilia.

"I didn't kill your family!" Remilia shouts. "I don't go around killing civilians!"

"Yes, you do," Zeisha growls. She attacks again, but Remilia swiftly counters. She's fast and stronger than the others. Zeisha thinks.

"That day. You cut down my father, and my merchant friends without mercy." Zeisha says as she straightens her back. "Because of your actions, I suffered so much; you know how much being possessed by a vampire hurts?"

"Wait." Remilia freezes. She lowers her sword. "Your merchant friends? When was this incident?"

Zeisha starts to look confused. "Two years ago. You were younger back then."

Remilia shakes her head. "When the Witch Cult led by Wrath, Envy and Sloth murdered every single person on the Road between Tornedd and Ramentr."

Silence hangs between the two. Zeisha turns paler if her face wasn't already pale enough. "You mean... that it was the Witch Cult that killed everyone?"

Remilia nods. Zeisha's eyes unfocus as they gaze into empty air. She looks around her, seeing the werewolf, harpy, Lucifer and Emily lying unconscious on the ground, and the wounded devil.

 

OOC: psst Zeisha, there is this person, Pride, attacking me. He's a member of the Witch's Cult. So if you're angry, could you use your anger on him?

Indeed . I couldn't just keep fighting when my sword is said to take my energy at faint levels . And im human as well soo im quite the weaker fella here .

Hey that was my favorite dagger ! jks I got some questions as well :
- I gotta wait till the fight ends or till someone heal me right? soo basically you can still tag me soo i can read but i cant do much stuff more then , like , be there like a complete 0 in the left of the fight -
- Do I need to get another secondary weapon?
- Do my performance in this fight helps me lvl up in spirit class ?
- I am vulnerable while uncoscious right?
- May i know the spirit class of the guys we were fighting?

 

Also @Amun_Ra I don't think you ever stated what my spirit class is. I'd like to know ^^

 

I return to my human form. "So I was right then," I say quietly. After a pause, I look at the group, thinking, "That's the story, I guess." I look at the injured monsters and humans. "This is what fighting brings," I say softly, not meaning to be heard. "This is why I tried swearing off fighting once... But I guess violence can't be avoided. There are always people who will try to hurt others, nothing anyone can do." I sigh. "There wasn't any sense in this battle. It was fought over nothing but vengeance, and the wrong person was targeted either way..." My tone turns far quieter. "And if the princess were to be killed, Aurallim would win the war within days due to the unrest."

Does the witch's cult still exist? I can't find anything on it in the lore :P

 

Fen'ris sits still, waiting for the fighting to stop fully.
