I walk around (not walking past Toby until the attack). I attack with both shortswords.

Roll 1: 8 + 4 = 12 (Miss)
Roll 2: 12 + 4 = 16 (Hit)

Damage Roll: 5 + 2 = 7 Piercing Damage.

Oh, and an opportunity attack on Toby if he attacks Yevor or Ti'lin (which he obviously won't)

 

Kinte already used his reaction on Yevor, so he can't attack you as you walk by.

Idk what he'll do with a natural 1, but for a natural 20 you roll twice and add the rolls for the damage.

 

You don't had anything to Natural 20, but when you do Natural 1 in roll to hit, something happen :D (Remember the bold that ended in Yevor ?)
