    So ive had VIP+ for a long time now but i haven't played wynncraft in ages, when i log into the game it shows my VIP+ but im not getting my free daily crate or my creature totem it says i don't have rank, can anyone help or point me in the direction to request help.

    He has VIP+, it even shows it in game. (I think)

    He just isn't getting the perks
