Mage/Dark Wizard Help I Need Experts :s

Hi!
I'm AntesMolaba, a Lvl80 mage and I need the better wand for my build

I have:
-a lot of mana regen (12/4s whit no wand)
-high intelligence level
-various high level powders (recommend combinations)
-a sexy booty ¬u¬ (okay no)

I need:
-a wand with strong meteorites (all damages)
-2 or more powder slots (and recommendations)
-Lvl 70-89 wand (preferably lvl70-83)

I don't need:
-a concrete element
-a concrete attack speed
-mythic wands

ethereal maybe?
if not, try adding some T4 powders to a empire builder

 

And if I use powders on Ethereal, what element do I use?

from what i can see, you want a intelligence build, more water i would say, if not, you could combine with some thunder, i heard is a really good combination (though i havent tried it)

Just use ethereal simple as that
Or actually if u were thinking of going for another build once ure 85
Use Bismuthine :D

 

Ethereal with water powders, Bismuthine with thunder powders

 

What about Requiem?

 

Requiem: Level 95 Wand

 

And worst than others wands like Ethereal or Lunar Spine

 

It's actually better than Ethereal, however by very little
Lunar Spine with Water powders is better I think
