Why not choose a middle ground - Vaward.
20% spell damage helps with increasing dps.
3.8k hp makes you tankier.
Skillpoints to wider the options when choosing other items for build.

im using a build that does around 4k to 16k lvl 100 with about 7.5k health and also elemental defence mostly above 300 i think

The compass is a glitched liar. You probably have negative defenses.

 

You certainly could - up to him. I like to carry vaward around while I wear a sanctuary

Earth Defense: -10% (Boreal Patterned Aegis) -53% to -100% (Leictreach Makani) -120 (Shaggy Boots) +30 (Nebulous) = -63% to -110% ontop of -90 = -146.7 to -189 Earth Defense (depends on Earth Defense% on Leictreach Makani)

Thunder Defense: 300 + 15% (Boreal Patterned Aegis) + 250 (Leictreach Makani) - 70 (Shaggy Boots) +30 (Nebulous) = 15% ontop of 510 = 586.5

Water Defense: 300 + 15% (Boreal Patterned Aegis) +30 (Nebulous) = 15% ontop of 330 = 379.5

Fire Defense: -10% (Boreal Patterned Aegis) - 30 (Raging Wind) +30 (Nebulous) = -10% = 0

Air Defense: 300 + 15% (Boreal Patterned Aegis) + 250 (Leictreach Makani) + 40 (Raging Wind) +30 (Nebulous) = 15% ontop of 620 = 713

Notes to Take Here: Your Earth Defense is negative. You probably used the compass, which displays inaccurate measures of element defense. Next time, actually calculate your defenses, would ya? Your health is abysmal, you are a glass cannon. I'd recommend you do your work before you boast.

PS: You can't wear Squid Anklet and Nebulous at the same time as they are both bracelets, so I used Nebulous (which has much better element defense) in my calculations. It would be helpful to indicate which bracelet and necklace you are using.
