He could have used a full action to drag you at half his speed

I just checked the attack to see if there was any save and lo and behold, there was.

You know, just a tiny bit of an idiot here.

Also Oil of Taggit is contact, not ingestion

Well, that happened...

Also, the Oil of Taggit thing was because said fluid was the closest thing to poison I had, and it was a reference to a very cringy ad for a game that came out about 10 years ago. (@A_total_noob may or may not know)

 

I use my crossbow to shoot the Wisp (hopefully dead)
Roll for hit: Rolled 19 +1DEX = 20
Damage(1d8): Rolled 7 +1DEX =8

Is it dead? I think so

 

Well, the oil is technically a poison, so... that works?
