A lot of IRL stuff is happening for me at the moment especially today. I might be able to have a character made by the end of the weekend.

Michael
4:00 PM Day 1

(Your monster is a Delvolar, a lightning panther.)
Find an old man by the name of Luratos in Seminar. That man will be able to lead you.
Michael looks up from the note his father has given him. Luratos. He thinks. How will I find him?

He looks around him. He could get into the city of Seminar with no trouble; their gates were open. He sees both humans and elves, interacting with each other friendlily. He learned from the other Delvolars that elves rarely got along with other races, but apparently elves of Seminar were different. They weren't the stubborn High Elves, and these woodelves have been living with humans since they are young. They don't seem to despise monsters, either.

The problem with his first mission is rather large: Seminar is huge. It is divided into two sectors by two rows or walls: Outside sector is the residence area, with shops and markets by the inner walls. Inside the second walls is a castle and rows of merchant shops and barracks. Finding this Luratos guy would take pretty long.

Fen'ris
6:40 PM Day 1

The hooded figure order plain water from the counter. The perplexed man brings the figure a glass of water.

Fen'ris laughs. "Having water in a bar?"

The hooded figure sighs and puts down his glass. He pulls his hood back, revealing a handsome man with long blonde hair, green eyes the colour of forests and a pair of long, pointed ears. He looks to Fen'ris, who is taken aback. What was an elf doing here?

"Are you the one whom the people call 'Fen'ris the Shrewd'?" The elf asks. His voice is pleasing to hear, but there is a hint of impatientness in it. Fen'ris smiles: even elves, who are called the perfect, had flaws. Regaining confidence, he says, "Yes, I am Fen'ris. What is an elf doing all the way here in Oaken?"

The elf looks at Fen'ris in the eyes, and the Vilphan sees the elves eyes are old, despite his appearance, which appears to be about 25ish or so. "I have a job proposal to you, in Seminar."

Rathius
6:50 PM Day 1

So. Here is the town hall. Rathius looks up at the large building. His feet sore, his whole body tired, he is ready to go inside to ask for an inn when someone tugs on the corner of your clothes. You look back and see a young boy about thirteen looking up at you. The boy sends a chill down your spine: his eyes look empty, like those that belong to a dead person. His hair is silver, almost white. His skin is pale and wears normal clothes. He has no weapons, bags or anything except for a golden ring on his right hand.

"Who are you?" The boy asks in a quiet voice. "You're not human, are you?"

 

"I'm interested, tell me more."

 

Rathius: "What makes you say that? Can I help you with something, kid?"

 

The elf starts. "I don't know the full details - nobody knows. There have been mysterious disappearings, sightings, and rumours of an ancient monster awakening somewhere in Fumilan. It's rumoured to be A Class or higher. Vilphans and people that are willing to help are being paid by the Seminar Lord in return of the monster's death. Apparently, Seminar did send twenty-five soldiers to kill the monster, but they didn't come back."

"Your spirit is brighter than everyone else's." The boy says in a monotone and cocks his head. "You aren't a human."
This boy can see other people's spiritual energy? Only monsters, High Elves and Vilphans are able to do that, with exception of demons.
"Come on, kid. Where are your parents?"
The boy shakes his head. "I don't know."
"Okay then. I'm going to the town hall right now: I'll help you talk to the people in there."
Rathius reaches at the boy's shoulder, to pat him for reassurance.

Rathius' hand passes straight through the boy's shoulder. A cold sensation spreads through Rathius' right hand.

Horror strikes Rathius as he sees the boy looks down at his shoulder, then back up at Rathius again.

"What are you?" The young boy asks, again.

 

*Legs are shaking*
Rathius(scared as sh*t): "W-w-what will happen when I a-awnser?"

 

Vysticia

The bandit throws me onto the ground, and my arms give a painful jolt as I land on my wrists. I wiggle to right myself. I turn to the side and see rows of people lying around in gags and ropes. Some are unconscious, but most are not. I see in the corner some bodies. That sparkles rage inside me, as I remember the bandits that attacked my parents five years ago.

I look at a young girl tied next to me. Her eyes are large and fearful, filled with tears. I give her a reassuring smile with my eyes since my mouth and nose are gagged and all. I scan around. 42 bandits overall, all of them armed with knives or swords. I sigh. Then I start wiggling around, screaming through the clothes on my mouth. A bandit closest to me growls and kick me in the stomach. Stars fill my vision, and I halt for a second. Then I continue. The bandit kicks me again, and I taste blood in my mouth. I wiggle more, then use the momentum to turn and kick the bandit's legs under him. The man's sword clatter to the ground and I manage to cut the ropes around my ankles.

I leap up, then whirl, kicking the bandit on the floor so hard on his head, I hear his neck break. I bring the heels of my boots onto the ground, which activates a mechanism, which then extracts blades from the tip of each boot. I hear a whoosh as a bandit clumsily swings his sword. I dodge but stays close enough so that the sword cuts through my ropes. I wince as the sword catches some of my hair but with my hands now free, I punch the bandit's abdomen. He gasps and staggers back.

I draw my twin daggers, Mist and Veil, from behind my thighs. I swing both blades at the bandit I just punched, and feel a thick thunk as they sink into the man's chest.
I swing my leg back, cutting another bandit across his shoulder. I take a step, then jumps high, soaring over the fifth bandit. I land on his shoulders, then grab the back of the man's collar, then jump back. The man loses balance and falls forward. I sink Veil into the man's back.

I look up at the oncoming bandits. I smile. Five down. 37 more to go.

 

Vysticia be like: "1v37 ME BRO!!"

 

"Huh. She seemed trustworthy, though she Aurallian, or whatever they're called, so she might be anti-monster... You never know with humans." I think, walking away.

Does Asakeryu have any money btw? Seems like a good time to get food...

Hmm. I travel to the merchant sector and ask some of the shop owners if they know the guy.

Weapon of Choice: A normal looking spear , but way thougher then many known weapons , though sharp as a normal one , with an Uth rune at its blade
Secondary weapon: A strange , retangular shaped long dagger
Description: About 1,80 m ; slightly long brown hair ; hazel eyes ; normal looking skin ; wears everyday normal clothing even at a battle (jacket , etc) ; a deep cut in the back , in the ribs and extends across the back till the region where the kidneys are ; has a cut in form of Uth Rune in his right shoulder
Backstory: Used to live in the village of Sarmir , before being recruited in the Reinhar army . Slowly promoted to high patents till getting to be captain of a section of the army . Once , in the middle of a small conflict between Reinhar and Aurallim , left my post before the battle hit to go to a friend tell him something important -i do not remember what in the rp- and then give him something . When coming back , i heard the war scream of a cluster of enemies , bursting into the base . When i reach it , the battle is almost over , though most of his battalion has been slayed in battle .
After that event , i leave the province of Reinhar , sneaking through the different societies till i reach the strange village of Jeymell , near the Freelands , where i heard from a friend of mine -still when i lived in Sarmir- that ruins of an ancient civilation lies , where even humans can get strong magical powers .
At Jeymell , i make an elven friend , Das Irine , who teaches me the basic that a non-trained human can do in magic , summon weapons with sacrifices , etc . After spending 6 months there , i leave back to Reinhar , not without getting runes from the borders of Freelands and the Elven forest .
(From now on my roleplay persona dont remember more then vague random things , but knows that the spear has to do with the Uth)
In my way back to my home province , i ocasionally meet some strange hooded figures , with a blue robe that covers the eyes and face . At a chat i had during a battle with one of those hooded people , i discover they are from an ancient group of people , the Uth Guardians . Users of great raw power , they were based off strange element combinations that people avoided since they were unstable when used together . For having a great resilience in battles , chose the Inferna Uth . A mark of an Uth rune has been placed in my shoulder since then . The spear has been cursed along with the dagger in a way that if both of them get destroyed i get risk of life .
Others:
- Haves an unusually though but overall normal looking skin , enough to be able to use his spear as a walking stick without having any damage to the body
- Kinda addicted to wine and whiskey , but does not get drunk easily
- Does'nt likes Aurallim , blames it for the death of his battallion
- Swears like an Irishman
- Without its first Uth rune , its magic is as strong as of when left Jeymell
- When under the influence of the first rune , the skin gets as strong as steel , the body heats to overwhelming temperature , the reflexes are sharpened in extreme ways , fire comes through its weapons and the iris of the eyes turn blood red .
