Here's a build that (I believe) deals as much damage with one meteor as possible.

These calculations were made by adding Courage, Killstreak and War Scream bonuses.
The meteor's target was a mob, which had no negative or positive elemental defenses.

Min. dmg = 3651
Thunder dmg = 129
Fire dmg = 3417
Neutral dmg = 104

Max. dmg = 69136
Thunder dmg = 64703
Fire dmg = 4328
Neutral dmg = 104

EDIT: So yeah this build is like super glass cannon.
I'm now looking for a build that's not exactly tanky but well, less class cannon.
I want a good mix of decent mana regen, hp and dmg.

This build is 100% shit and unusable but its what u asked for so i suppose ur welcome

 

I don't see why you'd do this. I mean its fun to deal one of the highest damages without a glitch abuse, but its unusable in pvp and probably quite weak in pve as well. Fatal is just like Cataclysm, just build defense while getting some thunder damage if possible.

What courage does, is it boosts all your damage by 260%. The 125% fire it shows there is initial damage that you deal around you when you cast it. The flame you know.

At least that's how it is from my experience. Compare it to what Curse and Quake say, for example. Other says "Damage boost", the other says "Earth damage".

I think the case is the same with Courage, but it does both.
