Both of you guys incur the wrath of God for making pacts with demons so you get thrown in hell. I claim the throne and place an unbreakable shield around it. lol

 

I teleport into the shield and punch you in the face. I claim the throne and cover it in sticky grape juice so no-one will want to sit on it.

 

I use extreme heat to cause you to catch on fire and evaporate the grape juice so we just have a hill coated in sugar. I claim the hill and put a sign that says "Free Sugar!" in hopes that someone will eat it and get diabetes, though I make sure to not eat it myself.

 

Throne-Spirit Me, Interdimensional-Demon me, and Banished-To-Hell Me team up, and merge into one Nega-Me.
On the throne, obviously.

I destroy the sugar-hill (w/ flaming swords i guess?), and use lazy writing to remake the city all the way from the first post, and begin ruling as king. (being a living sauron expy helps with the rule of terror thing)

 

I convince to my boss * @Arnold102 * to take Dogovi's army of dwarves to your city and then i call my sister-city Rodoroc to war and with the power of our armys we slaughter your demon like we slaughtered Garaheth, ending with 2 strong armys of dwarves protecting the city and me as the king skrub, i win.

 

We can't afford the damage that might cause. We need to save our money to build a wall in between the molten heights and expanding our city. The city is already in debt because of now nicely built it is, but nobody even goes to buy pots so the city is poor.

Due to the financial crisis, I waltz in and take over. I move the throne to my castle secretly and sit on it, claiming it. The town falls into anarchy without a ruler and is slowly destroyed. I now have the throne.

 

When the city gets richer and item buyers are added, the item buyers will collect the gear and a rebellion will happen. Rodoroc will be bombed/destroyed and Dogovi will be rich

Anyhow, when Rodoroc is destroyed, I will relocate the Infernal demons to that cave in frozen heights where the water drakes are. I will exterminate the water/ice drakes and the harbringer demons. They are too op and annoying.
