Honestly, you have the most damage potential. Your shovel can make short work of them. Eldritch Blast is very effective, but has no buffs

Hold on... It took 4 damage from my and 9 damage from Yevor to kill one wisp... They have more than 10 HP... Their hp is either 11, 12, or 13, isn't it?
