Okay, so as someone who has personally spent a lot of my time as an assassin, and has about 100 hours played only as one, I've come to deliver everyone who is in the market for a mythic dagger a guide. Now that i've used and owned every mythic dagger I would like to help everyone decide which dagger to buy. I will be ranking these from worst to best (Opinionated) And I will state a price range for every dagger.
Note- This is an OPINIONATED thread, I am not stating that these are facts, and I don't want any unnecessary flame wars. I've attached pictures of every mythic dagger next to their names.
    Archangel
#6) Starting off with Archangel, an air dagger. This dagger does moderate damage which is actually pretty good for a low level weapon, as expected with any mythic, except the monstrosity that people call pure. However, I would say that every other mythic dagger outclasses this and I really wouldn't recommend this unless you're around level 70 and very rich. If you're a high lvl with enough to buy an archangel but not any other mythic dagger, just put two tier 5s into a Slider, or if you can't beat the Wybel, the new legendary air dagger/ mini Weathered.
    Inferno
#5) After this I would put Inferno, the fire dagger. Now this has a moderately low price range and is not extremely expensive, having a price range of about 2-3 stacks and I will say that most of the hate directed towards this weapon is unnecessary. However, I will say that this dagger is outshined by all the other daggers except archangel, as prices show. This dagger I would also not recommend, as Flameshot Hilt is a cheap alternative.
    Nirvana
#4) After Inferno I would put Nirvana. Now, I understand that this will probably cause controversy, but this is the kind of dagger which will only suit a certain play style. If you like lament or Idol, I can guarantee you that you will love this dagger. However, I found the damage slightly disappointing, but if you play a spell spam constant attack build then this dagger is perfect for you. The other downside of this weapon is the attack speed. This dagger is the second most expensive, coming in at around 9-11 stacks of le.
    Weathered
#3) Next would be Weathered. I consider this the best dagger all around as it does not excel in either PvP or PvE, it is the average dagger for both, your average joe you could say. The very fast attack speed and spin damage, and the fact that the air element has the ability to dodge, makes you not too powerful and not too tanky. This dagger is just right for both. This dagger is better for a casual player instead of a PvP tryhard or a mob grinder. This dagger will set you back about 6.5-9 stacks of le.
    Cataclysm
#2) After this, I would put Cataclysm. This dagger would be higher on the list had it not have been so RNG based. This can screw you over or save you in PvP situations because of the low damage output that can be given or the ridiculously high damage whenever a good roll is hit. This is also slightly glass cannon due to the decrease in health, however I do still run under 10k hp with very good defense. This dagger comes in at the most expensive, it will rip apart your bank coming in at 14-20 stacks on average at this time.
    ✤✤Grimtrap✤✤
#1) The dagger which I would put above all the rest is Grimtrap. Average in price, it will cost you around 6.5-9 stacks, with a very similar price to Weathered, however with much higher demand, and after using this weapon, it is quite evident why the demand exists. This dagger is by far the best for PvP, utilizing thorns and poison to make it so powerful, you could afk in the nether for 6 hours and come back with 100 kills more than you had before. The PvE ability is quite impressive as well, with the ability to steal health from mobs, also making this the best dagger for grinding levels. All in all, this dagger is great with the only downside being that it can get a little boring after a while.

That's the guide everyone! If you have any suggestions, feel free to leave them down below! Also, in advance, sorry if I offended anyone with my choices.

Funny thing is, the lowest damage you can get from Cata in a tank build still does more damage than Inferno/Weathered/Nirvana averagely do

I do agree the whole thing for the most part tbh, Cata's -hp limit the build style making Grim actually the best to build/play with.

One thing I would say is Nirvana actually have ~40-50% extra thunder damage that is hidden due to visual glitch so whenever you feel the damage is a bit underwhelming after doing a 5k spin theres actually a 2k hidden thunder damage making it a total of 7k damage. This glitch goes for all the dagger in the game that naturally comes with one element (doesn't affect neutral turn element damage).

But one could argue whether the spammability of Nirv or the high dodge chance Weathered brings is better, comes down to preference.

It's not as spammable as you think, the very fast attack speed on a weathered as opposed to the normal on the nirv makes it spam somewhat slow :l

Attack speed doesn't affect spell casting speed if it's over Very Slow though...

??? I'm just saying that it can spellspam just as fast as weathered... though I do prefer weapons with higher attack speeds, it shouldn't matter as much for nirvana.
