Mage/Dark Wizard Help Lvl. 91 For Op Spells!

Currently, I don't feel like I'm doing a lot of damage with what I'm using so I'm looking for a good build for my level (no budget concerns except maybe Mythic? IDK it depends) and I'm open for any element, I can't get past Qira level Earth so I need a more OP build! Thanks!

 

If you can't get past Qira Earth division its most likely you'll need air damage because earth elements is weak against air, luckily for you your best bet in getting the most damaging weapon under lv91 is Lunar Spine, a water air wand.

Try using Third Eye, Booster Plate, Crystal (Thanos Legs if you're feeling rich) and Steamjet Walker, along with some random accessories that boost dmg / skill points / ws will do. Put most enough skill points for you to wear armour, then put some into intel until it reaches 68 (50% spell cost reduce), then put the rest into agility.Use Morrowind for end game if you decide to stick to this build but more on that when you level up in the future.

But remember if your goal is to finish the Hive you might wanna switch gears when the time is needed, you must utilise the elemental weakness of each element of the division to defeat them. Air > Earth, Thunder > Water, Water > Fire for the next few division you'll face (luckily for you your build is revolve around thunder water and air)
