Any Class Progressive Spellspam

So this is a progressive build, meaning that the build starts at Level 1 and can be continued all the way into endgame without ever changing builds.

Now, most people usually say you don't need a build early-game because of two reasons:
1) You'll be levelling and replacing items too quickly for it to make a difference. While this may be the case if you're doing a typical build, progressive builds are different in that you're also changing your items to match up with this.
2) The game isn't too difficult, so you don't need a build to kill mobs or anything of that sort. However, this point is also bad because, first of all, there are some bosses that are actually somewhat difficult for their level (Twain's Ghost, for example). In addition, carrying a build allows you to kill mobs much quicker and in turn survive longer.

Anyways now that I've tested this build to close enough to endgame here it is

You want to put your skill points into any of {Int, Agi, Str} with priority going in that order, as long as you always make sure you have enough skill points to wear something that comes up soon. (You can always reset if you have to.)


However, sometimes problems may arise. You may have too much mana, meaning over 19/4s (overkill is a bad thing!). In that case, make some of these changes:

Necklace --> Durum's Serenity (25 Rare)
Helmet --> Whitecap Crown (92 Rare)
Ring --> Ring of Generosity (69 Rare) or Reminder (96 Unique), use Reminder if you can.

 

Audacity (lvl 9 legendary boots) can give as much % spell dmg as capricorn you should probably add it

 

This build is more centered around mana, not completely spell damage, but that's certainly a second option if you're fine with a bit less mana. (Plus its health gets outclassed pretty quickly.)

There is absolutely zero reason to ever replace Concentration with Moon Pool Circlet.

Otherwise a nice guide, this will be useful for beginners who are a bit confused on what they should skill and buy.

 

Nice idea to make this. I have always used items that fit my build instead of xp bonus gear to lvl ip fast.
But the lvl 1-15 are not necessary imo.

I mean, Moon Pool Circlet is useful for some extra intel I guess...

1-15 is helpful because one-shotting mobs you're supposed to two-shot is fun.
IDK I personally like having it from the start so if you don't want to use the first 15 levels worth of it you don't need to

 

Moon pools intel is needed for my idol build, cause of the intel, otherwise, I agree

Hey can you tell me where you get the Oni Helm?

 

It used to be obtainable from the Death Oni on Half-Moon Island. The last couple of times I've gone there, it hasn't dropped, so maybe it's no longer obtainable (again, not sure). If you need a quick replacement, Gnocchi still works decently for a bit, and Black Veil (from the Sherk quest) is pretty good (and you can farm the necromancer for a lot of them, so you can get a good one).
